The returned product must be in its original packaging, contain all its original pieces, not look handled, product labels attached and legible, and must be free of price tags and store cat hair. For the holidays, order big…we have “G-PEP Holiday Plus” that gives you until 30 days after the actual holiday date for seasonal toy returns. Return shipments should be trackable, such as with a FedEx or UPS service. Shipping costs are not DuckyWorld’s responsibility and freight charges will not be a part of the credit. All returns must be sent back to where they were purchased from for processing. Credit for product returned is subject to DuckyWorld Products’ discretion.
